This Victorian end-of-terrace property creates a larger kitchen dining area by extending over the existing conservatory as well as into the side return. Internal reconfiguration includes the addition of a downstairs WC and a new utility room.
The new roof lantern, roof lights and folding sliding doors will help create a spacious, light and airy feel to this new part of the family home.
The project is currently under construction and is due to complete in the Autumn of 2018.
