The two storey extension adds two double bedrooms above a small garage and utility room to the side of a chalet style 1960’s dwelling.
The challenging shape of the plot suggested a contemporary approach that maximises the design potential of the footprint and ensuring the proportions are in-keeping with the street context.
Planning consent was gained July 2018 with construction scheduled to commence and be completed before the end of the summer of 2019.
